GEI Surplus started in 2021 with surplus electrical parts obtained from a paper mill liquidation in Los Angeles, California. A demolition group only had 90 days to clear out a facility of equipment, spare parts and miscellaneous items. Our internal team and additional contractors were able to remove 30 truckloads of surplus industrial contents to various locations in the country. After obtaining many gaylords of used and new surplus MRO we started an Ebay store. The overwhelming demand for PLCs, VFD Drives, Valve Parts, Power Supplies, Transformers, Motors, Bearings, Gearboxes and Other Electrical Parts gave us headway to enter the market. Since then, GEI Surplus has grown to have over 10,000 items in stock and have over 5,000 individual units sold with 100% positive feedback. We have partnered with many demolition, rigging, auction, and transitioning companies to continue our commitment to the industry. We have obtained parts from a variety of industries like food processing, packaging, pulp and paper, oil, mining, converting, etc. Our goal is to have a supply that can help many different applications for customers and sellers.
